The UK Government also presents a great opportunity for the smaller organizations to alter their odds; they can be able to lead instead of following. A small organization can drive effic iencies between project to project.Due to the extraordinary efforts of the UK government, it is evident to see the benefits of the government leading the industry into digitization. The UK government has already proven to reduce construction cost in design, tender and build. The government reported to have manage to save 1.4 Billion pound in 2013/14 through BIM related advancement. This is a huge amount of money that can be allocated elsewhere, it is clear to see why the government is better equipped than the industries. The UK government can get more industries on board for the implementation of BIM in their processes.
