BIM is a key agent in the economic growth of international and domestic markets in the UK. UK government has managed to bring out some BIM advantages that were not previously clear to the industry. The private sectors willingness to comply with the government's mandate has created a "whole sector" collaborative platform which can elevate future activity. The UK Government also presents a great opportunity for the smaller organizations to alter their odds; they can be able to lead instead of following. A small organization can drive effic iencies between project to project.Due to the extraordinary efforts of the UK government, it is evident to see the benefits of the government leading the industry into digitization. The UK government has already proven to reduce construction cost in design, tender and build. The government reported to have manage to save 1.4 Billion pound in 2013/14 through BIM related advancement. This is a huge amount of money that can be allocated elsewhere, it is clear to see why the government is better equipped than the industries. The UK government can get more industries on board for the implementation of BIM in their processes. In order to understand and appreciate a play, its important not only to watch it being performed but to read it. Seeing actors and directors interpretations of a play can help create a more fully-formed opinion, but sometimes the nuances of stage directions on the written page can inform as well. From Shakespeare to Stoppard, all plays change with each performance, so reading the written work either before or after viewing a performance can help further enjoyment of dramatic plays. Here are some suggestions for how to closely read and fully enjoy a dramatic play. Whats in a Name? The title of a play can often provide insight about the plays tone, and hints to the playwrights intention. Is there symbolism implied in the plays name? Find out something about the playwright, or his/her other works, and the historical context of the play. You can usually learn a lot by finding out what element and themes are in the play; these arent necessarily written on the pages, but inform the work nonetheless. For instance, Anton Chekhovs The Cherry Orchard is indeed about a family who loses their home and its cherry orchard. But a close reading (and some knowledge of Chekhovs life) suggest the cherry trees are symbols of the playwrights dismay at the deforestation and industrialization of rural Russia. In other words, it often helps to see the forest for the (cherry) trees when analyzing a plays title. The Plays the Thing If there are parts of the play that you dont understand, read the lines aloud. Visualize what the lines would sound like, or what an actor would look like speaking the lines. Hes a slave who is badly mistreated and eventually, mute. Why, then, is his name Lucky when he would seem to be just the opposite? Where (and When) Are We Now? We can learn a lot about a play by examining where and when it is set, and how the setting affects the overall feel of the play. August Wilsons Tony Award-winning 1983 play Fences is part of his Pittsburgh Cycle of plays set in the Hill District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. There are numerous references throughout Fences to Pittsburgh landmarks, even though its never explicitly stated that thats where the action takes place. But consider this: Could this play about an African-American family struggling during the 1950s have been set elsewhere and had the same impact? And Finally, Go Back to the Beginning Read the introduction before and after you read the play. If you have a critical edition of the play, also read any essays about the play. An excessive amount of asphaltene deposition may result in a severe formation damage and sometimes blocking the flow path as seen in Figure 6c. Therefore, the injected solvent cannot further diffuse deep into the matrix (due severe to asphaltene deposition) and eventually causes injectivity problem. In this study, C5 injection resulted in the high amount of asphaltene deposition in porous media (11.4 % per Figure 7) and it could block the main flow path, the fracture (as seen in Figure 6c). The pressure profiles of C5 injection shown in Figure 8 can also explain the formation damage caused by severe asphaltene deposition. At early time-stage of solvent injection, solvent mainly diffuses into the oil within the fracture path (while diffusing into the matrix as well) and recovered most of the oil in this area (up to 80 minutes in Figure 8). Thereafter, the solvent is occupied the whole fracture and due to the concentration gradient between the solvent and matrixÃ¢â¬â¢s oil, the solve nt diffused into the matrix, dilute the oil by precipitation and deposition of asphaltene. Continuing solvent injection resulted in more asphaltene deposition in the matrix and especially fracture-matrix interface (where the highest concentration gradient is) that eventually cause the formation damage and reduce the injectivity. This can be seen in Figure 7 from time 90 minutes to 280 minutes where the injection pressure increased until the time that was no injection at all (after about 280 minutes).

Article 393 states that any company cannot offer the bribe to get illegitimate benefits. Article 163 states that the employee of a company cannot take any advantage of his or her position. The law strictly states that no person can demand benefits for the service he or she provides. Article 164 states that offering the bribe to any person for seeking illegal profits are not allowed as per the law. Article 229(1) and 229 (2) state that the individual cannot show false testimony ( Goo Loo, 2011). The incidents which occurred in Kitchen Best show that they are violating the laws of both the lands of Hong Kong and China. The employees have not followed the individual ethics and they do not follow the business ethics as well. These incidents show that there has been a breach of conduct and the management has failed to steer people in the correct direction(academia.edu, 2017). Recommendations The organisation should communicate the law to all the stakeholders of it(Heskett, 2011). The employees should be intimated that they cannot solicit or accept any benefits for his or her work without the prior permission of the owner. The business organisation should also communicate to other related organisation that prior permission of the owner is required to offer any bribe or advantage to the employee of the private sector. Under the act of PBO, use of forged documents to cheat the authority is a crime. The law of China states that the employee should not follow the illegal advice of the intermediaries. The employees should be communicated that on the Mainland it is an offence to bribe an employee of a company. Conclusion The report finds that therehavebeen misconducts in the organisation. The leader of the organisation should establish business ethics and the employees are required to be trained about the governance policies. The Priest(Kafka vs Camus) The Outsider, written by Albert Camus, and The Trial, written by Franz Kafka, are two books that have been critically acclaimed since the time that they were published. There are critics that claim that The Outsider is a dull book, and is not even a read-worthy book. Other people claim that it shows us how society actually acts upon people who do not want to be like the rest of society. The Trial falls under the same kind of criticism; but both books, although written by different writers in a different ?poque, fall under the same kind of genre: Imprisoned Lives. In both The Outsider and The Trial there are many people who influence the protagonists in a positive and in a negative way, but none of those characters are as important as the priest. The priest, being of the same profession in both books and trying to accomplish the same kind of tasks, have a totally different effect on the two protagonists. In The Outsider the priest changes the whole attitude that Meursault has to life, whereas in The Trial the priest tells Joseph K. how his life actually is. "Why do you refuse to see me?" This question was asked by the priest and was meant for Meursault. Normally, if a person is convicted to death, he will see a priest before the sentence is executed. Meursault did not do that. He profusely refused to see the priest and why should he? He "did not believe in god." Meursault did not care, as he did not care if his mother died, or if someone proposed marriage to him. This of course went totally against the rules and ethics of society, which cannot permit such kind of behaviour. But why does Cam?s characterize Meursault like that? Why did he create such kind of an outsider to society? Cam?s created such an outsider because he wanted to show people how life actually is. Society does not accept people who do not bend the truth a little and lie. Society wants to make life as easy as can be, making up lies so that everything can run smoothly because truth can hurt sometimes, and Cam?s knows that. Cam?s implements the priest not just as another c haracter in the novel, but as a person who wants to tell Meursault how society expects him to behave. Meursault did not want to know how he has to act to make the society happy, as a matter of fact, the priest was "beginning to annoy" him. Meursault was not even following what the priest said but rather gazed out of the cell into the sky. Cam?s wants to show us actually how uninterested Meursault is in the priest. But all this is about to change because Cam?s adds an unexpected twist. The priest mentions how even the hardest of criminals stare at something at one point in their life and imagine a divine face in it. Meursault did not see the face of Jesus Christ in it, but he saw the face of Marie, the girl who proposed the marriage to him. But this was the turning life in Meursault's life. All of a sudden he starts to care about things and take some interest in things, and that explains the outrage he suddenly got against the priest. Meursault knows that he his going to die, and he cannot accept that. His whole attitude all of a sudden changed. Cam?s shows us that a person cannot go against society and that society and the majority, be it good or bad, will always win. Kafka's priest however was different. He did not tell to change Joseph K.'s life but rather told Joseph K. how his life is and how unjust society actually is. The setting that Kafka creates is pretty phenomenal. The cathedral is dark and gloomy, only lighted by some oil lamps which have a small illumination radius. "It is a rainy day", which gives it an even more sad and depressing feeling. In this way, Whole Foods managed to achieve high profit margins and high stock prices. Furthermore, most customers started associating high-quality organic products with high prices, so lowering prices might affect brand image of Whole Foods and create an impression among customers that the company is sacrificing quality to reduce price. Therefore, both historical inputs (high prices and high quality standards) and one resource input (brand reputation) are not congruent with the companys current strategy of cost/price leadership.Furthermore, the second resource input wide network of large stores is also poorly aligned with the strategy of costÃ leadership.
